Passionate about travel and a stickler for perfection, Faisal, the founder of Ayoubico, was inspired to embark on a career in hospitality. In 2012, as the concept of holiday homes began to gain momentum worldwide, he recognized the potential demand and eagerly joined the burgeoning travel trend.
Over the next five years, Faisal traveled the globe, immersing himself in diverse cultures and experiences. He stayed in a range of accommodations, from luxurious hotels to renowned hostels, gaining invaluable insights into the hospitality industry. Returning to his hometown of Dubai, he ventured into holiday home rental and experimented with his own properties and investments as a landlord. He quickly established himself as one of the first individual Airbnb Superhosts in Dubai and developed a keen passion for hospitality. His home listings even featured in Qantas airlines' inflight magazine.
Faisal's distinctive hosting style, technological expertise, and effective management approach propelled him to a prominent position in the industry. Prior to this, he had amassed extensive experience over ten years, working with multinational and publicly listed companies in Dubai's information technology and services sector.
